Solon, Ohio — June 2015 – Valtronic Technologies (USA), Inc., manufacturer of miniaturized electronic products, announces that it has restructured its U.S. Sales Team in order to focus on specific geographic regions of the United States. This reorganization is expected to increase customer service, further improve speed and efficiency for customers, and continue on a strategic growth path for Valtronic.

Based on the new plan:

  • Debi Morris now focuses only on territories and customers throughout the West Coast
  • Jeff Wettstein, who is based in De Pere, WI, focuses on servicing the Midwest
  • John Nouse now focuses on bringing Valtronic solutions to customers in the Northeast

Each of the above team members is responsible for building strategic customer relationships at the executive and key department levels within their customer segment. Additionally, they are working continually to establish/identify account priorities to develop business strategies along with a strategic plan, achieve profit margin revenue goals while staying within the allocated budget, increase or maximize market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities within the current customer, and ultimately being accountable for issue resolution and customer satisfaction at account(s) within their assigned territory source.

Also as part of the new restructured sales plan, Christopher J. Cassan joined the team as the new National Sales Manager. He now is responsible for leading sales operations and for the overall management of niche markets, achieving client deliverables, and achieving profit margins, generating new business opportunities and managing the departments’ activities such as sales reporting, territory planning and CRM. He also works closely with other departments including enterprise, operations, engineering, and administration.
