Laserage will continue to operate as an integral business unit under AMETEK’s Engineered Medical Components Division. Laserage will remain at its two current locations in Waukegen, IL and Milpitas, CA and continue to focus on providing high quality laser processing, component assembly, and catheter development to its customers. We are very excited about this change in ownership. The new business combination will be highly beneficial to our customers, suppliers, employees and our company.
