Prodesco and Secant Medical Announce Management Changes to Further Support Rapid Growth

Prodesco, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Secant Medical®, LLC announce the appointment of Stephen K. Chadwick as Executive Chairman and Erik Nadeau as President. These two management appointments further strengthen the company's position as a leading supplier of highly engineered biomedical textiles for the medical market while supporting its aggressive growth agenda.

Perkasie, Penna. - March 30, 2011 -  Prodesco, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Secant Medical®, LLC announce the appointment of Stephen K. Chadwick as Executive Chairman and Erik Nadeau as President. These two management appointments further strengthen the company's position as a leading supplier of highly engineered biomedical textiles for the medical market while supporting its aggressive growth agenda.

Chadwick joined Prodesco as Chief Operating Officer in 1992 and was appointed President and CEO in 2001. He is a 1962 graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy and transferred to the Navy's retired list with the rank of Rear Admiral in 1990.

Nadeau assumes the position of President of Prodesco and Secant Medical formerly held by Chadwick.  Nadeau joined Fenner in 1993, and in 2010 came to Prodesco as the Vice President of the Commercial Business Group where he has fully utilized his industry experience in engineering, operations and leadership development to advance the business growth.

"In his new role, Erik will be responsible for all of the day-to-day aspects of the company, including marketing and sales, operations and finance."
