Phillips-Medisize Corporation announces the appointment of Iran Bateman to the position of Vice President, Engineering Europe

January 6, 2016 (Hudson, WI) – Today, Phillips-Medisize Corporation announced the appointment of Iran Bateman to the position of Vice President, Engineering Europe. In this role, Mr. Bateman will join the senior pre-production management team in Europe where he will lead the strategy implementation, as well as the European pre-production engineering organization.

Mr. Bateman comes to Phillips-Medisize from Tech Group / West Pharmaceutical Services where during his 10 years he held roles encompassing Product Development, NPI and Operations leadership. Prior to joining Tech Group in 2005, Mr. Bateman was Founder and Managing Director of EMS Ltd, a consultancy company to support the industrialization of drug delivery devices. Mr. Bateman spent over 6 years in Consort/Bespak Plc where he held leadership positions spanning account management and business development to program management and site leadership.

Mr. Bateman has an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, UK and a DMS from Warwick Business School, UK.

In addition to Mr. Bateman, Phillips-Medisize has hired several other experienced individuals featuring backgrounds with industry leaders such as Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, Quest Diagnostics, Baxter, and Alcon.
