LOCTITE® ECI 1014 E&C is a highly conductive, stretchable silver ink formulated to dry at low temperatures. This material can be screen printed on solvent-sensitive substrates like polycarbonate or TPU. LOCTITE® ECI 1014 E&C also allows for the implementation of electronic features on stretchable substrates, as it can repeatably elongate up to 50% without significant loss of conductivity.
Common applications include skin-contact, medical electrodes for remote patient monitoring, smart gloves and other wearable devices, and automotive seat heaters, defogging, and de-icing mechanisms where stretchability is required during production.
