KVA Stainless

New technology allows KVA Stainless to produce lightweight, high-strength effective stainless steel tubing with a hardness (HRC of 40+) and ultimate tensile strength (UTS 200+ ksi) ideal for cutters. The company developed patented technology for high-speed welding and thermal processing of air hardenable martensitic stainless steels and other high carbon ferrous alloys, all considered difficult to weld using conventional methods. KVA's processing technologies enable manufactures to fabricate martensitic seam welded stainless steel tubing, stampings and assemblies into high-performance components and parts.
