Karl Swee Joins Flambeau

BARABOO, WISCONSIN – Karl Swee has joined Flambeau as its Territory Sales Manager for Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, the Dakotas, and Montana. Based in the Twin Cities area, Swee will be focused on attracting new Flambeau customers and servicing the company’s present customer base.

“I look forward to the opportunity to bring quality new business to Flambeau,” Swee said.

Swee has 27 years of sales management experience, including his role coordinating plastic manufacturing processes for his customers as National Accounts Manager with Blackborn Packaging Solutions. Swee’s specific experience includes injection molding; thermoforming; radio frequency and sonic welding; and decorative processes such as pad, screen and digital printing.

Swee earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Moorhead. He lives in Waconia, Minnesota, with his wife, Christine, and they have two grown children together. In his personal life, Swee enjoys downhill skiing and cooking.
