Plastic Injection Molding & Injection Blow Molding (IBM)
Biomedical Polymers, Inc. is a global manufacturer specializing in the custom manufacture of both disposable and reusable small-to-medium plastic parts used in research, biomedical, medical diagnostic laboratories and medical device manufacturers. Our well-equipped facility is one of the few that features both injection blow molding (IBM) and plastic injection molding machinery, giving our customer the opportunity to create caps and container manufacturing under one roof. Biomedical Polymers has the capability to produce short-to-large size runs of a wide variety of sterile and non-sterile components, such as specimen storage and collection containers, centrifuge bottles, vials, beakers, and sample preparation products.
We work with a large range of materials, including Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, High-Density Polyethylene, Acrylic and other thermoplastics. We can also custom formulate polymers to meet specific application needs.
Based on your requirements, our team of skilled industrial engineers and technicians can develop simple single cavity molds, complex, multi-cavity molds, to high-volume production molds with interchangeable inserts. BMP integrates the latest technology inspection and monitoring equipment to ensure all components are manufactured within precise tolerances. Our quality assurance system conforms to 21 CFR part 820 cGMP requirements and allows for complete lot traceability. We also provide design and engineering consultation, product development services, Class 8 Cleanroom manufacturing and packaging and along with many other packaging options.
