PTI Engineered Plastics awarded a “Best Place to Work in Plastics” honor by Plastics News
Macomb, Michigan- April 17, 2017 – PTI Engineered Plastics has been awarded a “Best Place to Work in Plastics” honor by Plastics News. The “Best Places to Work” lists are based solely on the results of a two-part survey administered by Best Companies Group, a company dedicated to identifying and recognizing places of employment that are leading the way in defining the employee experience of the 21st century.
Eligible companies participated in a two-part survey to determine the final list of the “Best Places to Work”. The first survey analyzed each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second survey was given to employees to get their experience with the company’s leadership, corporate culture, communications, work environment, training, development, resources, pay and benefits, etc.
