O'Sullivan Films

O’Sullivan Films designs and manufactures custom compounded films using a calendering process for the healthcare industry. Common applications for our films are transfusion, drainage, nutrition and dialysis bags, mattresses, healthcare applications.

Our films are mostly USP Class III and USP Class VI and are produced using current Good Manufacturing Pricing (cGMP) and FDA approved raw materials on an ISO 13485 certified calendar line and in an ISO 13485 certified slitter facility.

Our films are normally 0.004” ~ 0.020” thick with tight gauge control of +/- 0.0005” over a 68” width; available in PVC, TPU and Polyolefin Alloys.
