Nordson Corporation has completed the acquisition of Vention Medical’s Advanced Technologies business.
Westlake, Ohio, USA – April 3, 2017 - Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Vention Medical’s Advanced Technologies business, a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of minimally invasive interventional delivery devices, catheters and advanced components for the global medical technology market. The completion of the transaction follows Nordson’s February 20, 2017 announcement that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the business.
