HTI Plastics is pleased to announce the hiring of Brad Heywood, who recently joined our company as the Operations Manager.
Lincoln, NE – HTI Plastics is pleased to announce the hiring of Brad Heywood, who recently joined our company as the Operations Manager. Brad will manage Production Supervisors, Assembly Supervisors, and Set-up for all three shifts. Brad will help improve productivity in production while moving forward with Lean and 5S, advancing our training of our employees, and ensuring a safe work environment to create good quality parts for our customers.
“It is an honor to have Brad join our team,” said Tee Welton, Director of Operations. “His skill set spans all aspects of the plastics industry, and we are excited to draw from his experiences to continue advancing and improving our Production department.”
Brad had previously worked at HTI Plastics in 1995 in the Maintenance Department, by 1998, he became the Maintenance Supervisor. In 2007, Brad became the Operations Manager at our sister company Lincoln Plastics, then in 2015 he became their International Sales Manager.
