Luer Fittings:

Luers are cost-efficient, small-scale tubing connectors used to make secure, yet detachable, leak-proof unions. The 6% taper is a worldwide standard that provides a unique, secure friction seal, ideal for gas and fluid connections. All Nordson MEDICAL luer locks, adapters, and accessories are made to the ISO 594-1 and ISO 594-2 standards. Our luers function to ISO 80369-7 performance requirements and can be modified easily to meet ISO 80369-7 dimensional requirements. Their ability to connect to other luer fittings meeting these standards makes these components economical, reliable, and inexpensive.

Nordson MEDICAL's broad selection includes over 500 configurations in nylon, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and PVDF materials. Tubing connections range from 1/16" (1.6 mm) ID to 1/4" (6.4 mm) ID, and a variety of colors are available including customization capabilities.

Configurations include straight tube connectors, elbows, tees, Y connectors, and multiport connectors, all with reducer options. Standard resins include nylon, animal derivative-free polypropylene, polycarbonate, and PVDF, with other resins available by special order.
