CELLENE™ Thermoplastic Elastomer
CELLENE™ is a range of Thermoplastic Elastomer compounds that combine the performance benefit of vulcanized rubber with the processing properties of thermoplastics. CELLENE™ TPE compounds are suitable for a wide variety of applications in medical devices, packaging and other regulated markets. CELLENE™ compounds are formulated to be silicone, latex, phthalate and halogen free using FDA-compliant raw materials to meet USP Class VI and ISO 10993 standards.

Colorite® Flexchem series - Ultra high-performance vinyl compounds
Flexchem® is a family of PVC compounds that have been developed as an alternative to silicone for various applications. These formulations utilize a non-phthalate plasticizer and are available in 35-65 Shore A hardness. The compounds can be extruded or injection molded using conventional equipment.

Colorite® Elastichem series - High-performance vinyl compounds
Elastichem® compounds are flexible vinyl compounds which offer improved physical properties compared to standard extrusion grades of equal durometers. These include increased durability, excellent resilience, good compression set and a soft textured feel. These compounds can be solvent bonded and offer excellent gamma sterilization properties.

Colorite® 12 series compounds are clear medical grade vinyl compounds formulated for injection molding applications. They provide exceptional clarity, superior heat stability, high flow characteristics and good mold release. These compounds are available in durometers ranging from 35 Shore A to true rigid and are offered in ethylene oxide and radiation sterilizable grades.
