Custom Mold & Design (CMD) manufactures and designs fully interchangeable, high-precision injection molds including multi-cavity, two-shot, metal injection molds (MIM), silicone molds, micro-molds and ceramic molds as well as aluminum die casting molds.  We have recently added to our capabilities with the purchase of a Mastuura LUMEX Avance-25 metal laser sintering hybrid milling machine, a powder bed metal additive manufacturing platform with subtractive machining capability.  The company's CMD - Precision Manufacturing Group division provides ultra-precision machined components and assemblies requiring fine detail. CMD is ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified, a ToolingDocs certified mold maintenance provider and ITAR registered.
