CPC believes innovations in fluid handling can make the world cleaner, more efficient and healthier. Our goal is to help medical equipment, device and instrument companies change the way they think about fluid handling at the critical point of connection.

We start with your unique problem and work tirelessly to create quick connect and disconnect solutions that improve the functionality and design of your equipment and processes. Special features include precise hose barbs for superior grip, built-in shutoff valves for preventing spills, and easy-to-use, push-button thumb latches for quick connections and disconnections.

Our couplings and fittings are ideal fluid connectors for plastic tubing applications in multiple applications including patient monitoring, cold/compression therapy, imaging, surgical and many more. You can choose from thousands of standard product options and the ability to customize for your needs whether you’re looking for non-valved, dripless or sterile connections.

Capabilities that distinguish us as leaders in the fluid handling connectors include:

Rigorous Testing and Validation-- If you’re working with CPC, you can rest assured knowing every solution we design has been rigorously tested in our onsite test lab and with our offsite testing partners. This ensures the quality of every coupling and connector we produce for you. Our engineers leverage solid modeling capabilities and cutting-edge prototyping equipment to evaluate the performance of every design before our products ever reach your application. Your custom solution benefits from extensive testing and validation to ensure product performance based on risk assessments performed under CPC’s ISO 13485 quality system, streamlining your approval process and allowing you to go to market faster with less work and risk.

Cleanroom Manufacturing— To meet the ever-growing demand for sterile connections, we’ve expanded our cleanroom manufacturing and assembly space to increase production capacity. Our world-class hard-walled ISO Class 7 certified cleanroom allows us to ensure the quality and sterility of each connector we manufacture. Plus, we use double heat-sealed bags on every product to give you complete peace of mind about its sterility in your application.

Materials Science Expertise — Materials science pertains to the discovery and design of new materials; for CPC this means finding new materials to make fluid handling systems for medical devices and equipment safe and reliable. Breakthroughs in materials science have a significant impact on the future of couplings, connectors and fittings that meet the demands of the medical marketplace.

Many of our research, design and test engineers have a strong background in materials science. They understand how the molecular structure of materials translates to component properties and performance. With this knowledge they evaluate materials to assure that CPC products deliver superior performance.

With expertise in metals, plastics and elastomers, CPC’s research, design and quality engineers have designed and built over 10,500 products that are operating in some of the most harsh and critical environments.

No matter the challenge, you can be certain that we approach our work with the intent to never compromise, and we haven’t. Our growing catalogue contains over 10,500 fluid connectors — each of which was engineered for superior performance and reliability.
