TRACO
POWER has announced the release of their TPP15 family of miniaturized,
open-frame power supplies with an extended operating temperature range of -40C
to +85C and both Industrial and Medical safety approvals.
These 15 watt
AC/DC power supplies feature reinforced insulation with I/O isolation of 4,000
VAC, are 2 X MOPP compliant with leakage current below 75μA and are suitable
for Medical Type BF (body floating) applications. High efficiency up to 88.5%
enables a high-power density package of only 2.61 x 1.00 x 0.62” and convection
cooled, full load operation of –40°C to +55°C ambient and extended temperature
range to +85°C with 50% derating. No load power-consumption of 0.05W (max) satisfy
the requirements of the ErP directive. All models offer Safety Class II
Operation (no safety ground required) with safety approvals to IEC/EN/UL
60950-1, IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 3rd edition with compliance to the latest
EMC emission standards of
IEC 60601-1-2 4th edition. Units are
manufactured per ISO 14971, ISO 13485 and IPC-A-610 class 3 standards and
backed by a warranty of 5 Years.
