The medical equipment industry uses Pearson wide-band current transformers in a variety of applications for accurate AC current measurements. This includes medical accelerators used in radiation equipment for oncology applications, the testing and calibrating of electrical surgical analyzers, and for other AC current measurements used in the research, development, and EMC testing of medical equipment. A typical Pearson sensor has 1% accuracy and a 3 dB bandwidth from 1 Hz to 20 MHz, other models reach 400 MHz. We meet both OEM and custom requirements.
