The goal of this paper is to discuss the various methods, challenges and variables for prototyping micro-sized and/or micro-featured plastic parts. It is also important to recognize that every part design is different requiring different features, tolerances, materials, etc. Through this discussion you might gain some new understanding as to the different tools and resources available today that might help you as you develop your next generation of products.
