Micro Waterjet LLC provides 2D micro manufacturing services of high precision and micro parts for medical components, implants, products, and tools. Using a new abrasive technology that is as accurate as and faster than EDM with the precision of a laser, Micro Waterjet can cut a wider range of materials without heat affected zones. The proprietary technology was developed in Switzerland in 2004 by Micro Waterjet AG. The company has grown the advanced manufacturing of medical products to more than half of its total production.
