West-Bond Inc.'s 7KE and 4KE Series wire bonders offer bonding at 45-degree feed for tail control, 90-degree for ribbon and deep access, and ball bonding without changing heads. Capabilities include edge bonding Au, Al, Cu; and ball bonding Au and Cu. Automatic, semiautomatic, and manual are ESD protected. It also offers ultrasonic, thermosonic, and thermocompression wire/ribbon bonders; eutectic and epoxy die bonders; and insulated wire bonders.
