T.O. Plastics Inc. is a thermoformer of custom plastic products and packaging, offering in-house design, engineering, prototyping, tooling, and production. A wide variety of materials are formed, including PC, HIPS, PVC, ABS, PE, PP, PETG, PLA, and PEEK from .003 in. to .375 in. The Otsego location is ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified with Class 10,000 and 100,000 cleanrooms for medical and electronics packaging.
